What we do

Central Coast Concrete Revival is a local lead-generation website built around one theme: restoring existing concrete. Homeowners find us when they search for driveway resurfacing, pool surround restoration, epoxy garage floors and concrete sealing across the Coast, and they enquire through our quote form. We are not a marketing agency selling you a campaign. The enquiries come to us; we’re looking for the right operator to send them to.

Exclusive leads, defined territory

  • One partner per service area. Your leads are yours alone: never sold twice, never shared with a panel of competitors.
  • Central Coast LGA coverage, Gosford to Wyong, Peninsula to The Entrance. Territory is defined in writing before the first lead is sent.

How leads are delivered

  • Form leads are emailed to you the moment they’re submitted: name, suburb, phone, email, job description and any photos the homeowner attached. Photos are common, which means you’re often quoting from real information before you make first contact.

Speed matters. We ask partners to commit to prompt callbacks on form leads: fast response is the single biggest factor in close rates, and it protects the value of every lead for both of us.

What counts as a qualified lead

We only expect payment for enquiries that are genuinely worth your time. A qualified lead is one that:

  • is located within the agreed Central Coast service area
  • is for a service we list (resurfacing, spray-on, pool surrounds, epoxy, grinding/sealing)
  • has a working phone number and is contactable within a reasonable number of attempts
  • comes from the property owner or an authorised decision-maker
  • isn’t a duplicate of an enquiry already sent within the previous 30 days

Anything that fails those tests isn’t billable. Disputes are reviewed against the lead log monthly, in good faith.

Simple commercial models

  1. Free trial. The first handful of qualified leads are free. You see exactly what the enquiries look like before spending a dollar; in return we ask for honest feedback on lead quality and a set of before/after photos from completed jobs.
  2. Pay-per-lead. Once the trial proves the quality, you pay per qualified lead: priced sensibly against what an average resurfacing job is worth to you, and settled monthly against the shared lead log.
  3. Flat monthly. When volume is established, most partners prefer a flat monthly arrangement: the site and every lead it produces, exclusively yours, at a predictable cost.

No lock-in contracts at trial stage. If the leads aren’t worth quoting, we part as mates.

What we look for in a partner

An owner-operator or small crew doing quality resurfacing or coating work on the Coast; appropriately licensed for the residential work you take on (we’ll ask to confirm your position with NSW Fair Trading) and currently insured; reliable at answering the phone; and able to supply photos of real jobs. That’s it.
