Broom Finish Resurfacing

Non-Slip Sealers (Caution)
Non-slip additives in sealers provide some slip resistance, but this approach is less reliable than aggregate embedded in the overlay itself. My pool surround is old pebblecrete and still feels rough, does it still meet requirements?
