This website, centralcoastconcreterevival.com.au, is operated by Mark A Jeanes (sole trader, ABN 11 229 027 126), referred to below as “we” or “the operator”. It is a referral service: it collects enquiries from homeowners and may refer them to an independent local contractor. This policy explains what personal information is collected, why, what happens to it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect
When you submit a quote form on this site, we collect what you enter:
- your name
- your suburb
- your phone number and/or email address (whichever you choose to give)
- your description of the job
The forms collect nothing else, and there is no file upload. Submitting a form is the only way this site collects personal information directly.
We also use Google Analytics 4, which collects technical usage data (pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate region) using cookies. Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify you.
Why we collect it
Enquiry details are collected for one purpose: so the operator can review your enquiry and, where an appropriate independent contractor is available, refer it to that contractor to provide you a quote. We also use enquiry records to keep basic operational statistics (for example, how many enquiries come from which suburbs).
Who it goes to
- The operator reviews every enquiry personally.
- At most one independent local contractor may receive your enquiry so they can contact you and quote the job. Your details are never posted publicly, never shared with a panel of competing businesses, and never sold as marketing data. Where licensing applies to the work, the contractor’s identity and licence details are provided to you before you accept a quotation.
- Service providers that host this site’s infrastructure (Cloudflare) and provide analytics (Google) process data on our behalf. Their servers may be located outside Australia.
We do not disclose your information to anyone else unless required by law.
How it’s stored
Enquiries are stored in access-controlled cloud infrastructure (Cloudflare) used to run this site. We keep enquiry records only as long as they are needed to operate the referral service and meet record-keeping obligations, then delete them.
Access, correction and withdrawal
You can ask at any time what information we hold about your enquiry, ask us to correct it, or withdraw the enquiry entirely; withdrawing costs nothing and stops any referral. Email [email protected] and we will action it promptly.
Cookies and analytics choices
The only cookies this site sets are those used by Google Analytics 4. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings without affecting the quote form.

If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, email [email protected] with the details and we will respond. If you are not satisfied with the response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
