The Correct Maintenance Sequence

Step 1: Pressure Clean

Step 2: Inspect and Treat Cracks

After cleaning, inspect for cracks while the surface is still damp (cracks are easier to see). Concrete grinding and sealing is the middle option, grinding the surface back to clean, sound concrete and applying a premium sealer system. This is appropriate when the damage is moderate: the surface is degraded but structurally the concrete is sound.
